Based on extensive research and expert interviews, the report examines the rise of digital surveillance in Houston schools and its impact on young people’s rights and well-being. It sheds light on how these systems influence the school-to-prison pipeline and shares student experiences alongside community responses. To move forward, the report also presents recommendations for a rights-based approach to school safety.
