Fabien is a fourth year Ph.D student in Law & Economics at Paris-Saclay University, in joint supervision with Laval University (Canada). Graduate in Law, Economics & Management, Fabien specialized at Paris-Saclay, SciencesPo Paris & Télécom Paris on innovation topics (digital law, intellectual property, legal design, etc.).His research carried out at the Center for Studies and Research in Intangible Law (CERDI) and at the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technology (OBVIA) focuses on revising the individualist foundations of law to informational privacy, and through this lead him to explore different mechanisms for collective governance of personal data. Fabien is a member of the NYU Privacy Research Group and was a Visiting Fellow at the Digital Life Initiative (Cornell Tech.). At the same time, he teaches economic and digital civil law in several universities (Paris-Saclay, Mines-Télécom, ENSCI-Les Ateliers etc.)
