Juliana Zuluaga Tafur

Political scientist from Eafit University, specialized in Project Management from EIA University, with experience in project formulation, public relations, research, international cooperation, impact identification, organizational analysis for social ventures, and working with communities and strategic actors. For the Mini Fellowship Program in 2023, Juliana focused on the implications of Medellín's transformation from a municipality to a Special District of Science, Technology, and Innovation on the digitalization of urban security and the construction of social fabric.
